MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Dr. Jovy Mutia-Eusebio graduated from Cebu Institute of Medicine and went into Residency training in Pediatrics at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center, Internal Medicine at Prince George’s Medical Center in Maryland and Anesthesiology at SUNY in Buffalo, NY. As you may now know Dr. Eusebio has the passion to reinvent herself in order to improve herself. In 1998, she ventured into the new field of Medical Aesthetics and opened up Potomac Skin Care to make aesthetics accessible to everyone of different backgrounds. She’s the current President and Medical Director of the clinic.

Born with an innate desire to help the needy, Dr. Eusebio has always been a diligent participant when it comes to humanitarian activities and promoting the Filipino culture here in the USA. She was the Executive Director of Feed the Hungry, Inc. in 2016 and eventually became the Chairman of the Board until Dec. 2019. She also served as the President of the Philippine Medical Association of Metro-Washington DC in 2006, their Parliamentarian for 4 years and currently their Executive Director.

Being invited as a Board Member of Children’s Hope Charities feels like her life had come full circle because when she first became a doctor her aspiration was not only to treat the Filipino children of their sickness but also to improve their lives, the reason why she went into Pediatrics.

Dr. Eusebio was married to Jun Eusebio, a former Broadcaster and a Businessman and they have one daughter, Dr. Jen Eusebio, who recently finished her PhD in Creative Writing from UP Diliman.
