FRAY LUIs AMIGO HEALTH CENTER

Located close to where Holy Family Home Bacolod is, in Negros Occidental Philippines, Children’s Hope has committed to regularly replenish the Fray Luis Amigo Health Center with medical provisions like for cold and flu relievers, antibiotics, meds for those with asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, meds for pain management, medical supplies for wound care or eye care for example, vitamins for both adults and children, and other basic first aid supplies. 

The Health Center provide health services and offers medical consultation to the poor and underserved community in Barangay Cabug in Bacolod and close by areas. The Health Center also has a small pharmacy that serves the area with  discounted medicines for the poor. However, most times when poor patients come in for consultation and cannot  afford the medicines prescribed by the attending doctor in the Center, then the Center just provides the medication needed free to the patients, specially when the patients who need the medication are children.
