CHILDREN’S HOPE RESOURCE CENTER

At Children’s Hope – we open doors where children can thrive! On October 5, 2024, we did just that, we opened the newest door, presenting the Children’s Hope Resource Center in Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, in close partnership with the Capuchin Tertiary Sisters of the Holy Family!

A short conversation with a Sister who passionately advocated for the children and students in the area, who can benefit greatly on the availability of learning resources that can enhance their education and growth, is all it took to start this latest project. From this conversation, a “resource center” idea was conceived. 

Our partner generously offered the area and space to house this “resource center” idea. And the idea now has a home. CHC funded a full floor to ceiling renovation of the place that now house the Resource Center, and outfitted the Center with software loaded desktop computers, a 65” Smart TV, a multi-function printer, metal shelves for books, sets of tables and chairs, a teacher’s desk, a laptop, books, computer desks, rubber mats, proper signages, and more.  Another project is accomplished, with further improvements planned.
